prize draw terms & conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is F.H.Brundle of 24-36 Lamson Road, Ferry Lane North, Rainham, RM13 9YY
Registered in England No: 7168270 (“the Promoter”).
2. The Incentive
2.1 The title of the incentive is Get an Outdure Installers’ apparel bundle when you purchase Outdure QwickBuild.
2.2 The incentive is open to entries from 03/10/2025 at 00:00 GMT and will close on 30/11/2025 at 23:59 GMT. Orders received before or after this time will not be considered.
3. The Prizes
3.1.1 Each qualifying order will also be placed into a draw to receive a £250 voucher for a leading tool retailer.
3.1.2 An Outdure Installers’ Bundle – consisting of x1 Outdure Hoodie (a size of your choice depending on availability), x1 Outdure Beanie hat and x1 Outdure Soft-shell jacket (a size of your choice depending on availability), £50 credit towards your next purchase of Outdure QwickBuild from F.H.Brundle, plus other branded merchandise.
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
3.3 The prizes are limited to one prize per customer order.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To qualify, you must place a qualifying order of £2,000 or more on Outdure QwickBuild products. The value of other products (not Outdure) in order, will not count towards the value (e.g. if £2000 order placed, and £700 on Outdure products, this will not be classified as an qualifying order).
4.2 The Promoter will not accept entries that are: a. Automatically generated by computer. b. Illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with. c. Not in compliance with the terms and conditions.
4.3 Entries (in the form of orders) must be placed between 03/10/2025 and 30/11/2025 – any orders placed outside of this period will not be considered for entry.
4.4 No further action is required – once your order has been delivered, we will dispatch your Outdure bundle and add your entry into the prize draw.
5. Eligibility
5.1 The incentive is open to all residents in United Kingdom only aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters and their close relatives. Entrants must hold an F.H.Brundle account.
5.2 In entering the incentive, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and to claim any prize you may win.
5.3 There is no maximum set on number of entries . Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random and independently by a randomiser application on or shortly after 1/12/2025
6.2 The Promoter will notify the winner by email and /or phone within 10 working days of the draw.
6.3 The winner must claim their prize by responding to the notification within 30 days of the Promoter’s first attempt to contact them. If the winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6.4 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and company of the winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the Promoter at Marketing, F.H.Brundle, 24-36 Lamson Road, Ferry Lane North, Rainham, RM13 9YY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 60 days after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname and company name being published, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in its privacy policy
7.2 The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
8. General
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death as a result of accepting the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.3 The prize draw will be governed by English Law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
