One such project was for a sensory garden designed for special educational needs (SEN) pupils at a primary school in East London. The fencing and gates CLC Facilities needed to create a safe and secure space for the project were in stock at our headquarters and the essential fencing components were supplied at no cost to CLC.

The right products in stock

The donation included 24 Green Nylofor 2D 2.5m wide Fencing Panels with mesh sizes of 200 x 50mm, with vertical barbs 30mm on the top of the panel. The panel is extremely rigid and secure due to the double horizontal wires positioned on either side of the verticals and offers increased resistance to cutting.

Four Green corner Twilfix® 2000 posts and 20 Green Mid/End Twilfix® 2000 Posts, for a 1.8m high fence and an overall length of 2.5m, manufactured from 60 x 60mm square hollow sections and fitted with M8 threaded inserts for securing the panel. The posts come with flat top caps and panels are fixed using 3D profile and universal fixing brackets with M5 x 35 bolts.

140 Green Unifix Nylon Brackets, suitable for fixing mid, intermediate and corner posts to mesh panels, were also donated.

F.H.Brundle also supplied a green powder-coated Twin Wire Single Leaf Gate and two 1.8m Clamp Bar Sets for the gate to help create the secure garden. The mesh security gate is manufactured from heavy gauge 656 weldmesh infill and high-quality steel and was designed to provide an easy access point with the mesh fencing system.
