Tube Clamps

Tube Clamps are a fast, no-weld solution for building galvanised steel handrails, safety barriers and tubular structures. Manufactured from malleable cast iron to EN 1562 with a hot-dip galvanised finish to BS EN ISO 1461, they tighten onto compatible EN 10255 or BS 1387 steel tube using grub screws and an Allen key or ratchet. This makes them ideal where speed, flexibility and on-site adjustment matter, with no welding, bending, threading or specialist fabrication required. Use tube clamps to create continuous handrails for stairs, ramps and walkways, including Part M and DDA-compliant handrails when used with 42.4mm OD galvanised tube.
For practical projects, tube clamps are widely used for pedestrian barriers, industrial guardrails, mezzanine edge protection, scaffolding, storage racks, shop fittings, lighting grids, sports screens, goal nets, tennis court enclosures, exhibition stands and temporary event structures. The modular system can be dismantled, extended or reconfigured as site requirements change, making it suitable for both permanent installations and temporary safety barriers. Compatible with Key Clamp-style systems, F.H.Brundle tube clamps and galvanised tube provide a durable, corrosion-resistant way to build almost any tubular framework.
