Versatile Capping

F.H.Brundle's Versatile Capping Handrail system is a modular aluminium handrail range built around a 70 x 45mm capping profile that clips onto any 50mm square post with a single screw, making it one of the fastest handrail systems to install on site. The capping and under-cap are manufactured from aluminium and available in three finishes: Satin Anodised, Black Sand Powder Coated & Gloss Black Powder Coated. Handrail lengths are supplied in 5.8-metre sections as a combined capping and under-cap, with under-cap also available separately in 1.15-metre and 5.8-metre lengths for staged installation. The connector range covers every configuration required for a complete handrail run: 90-degree corners (300 x 300mm), 90-degree connectors, inline connectors, 90-degree joiners, 180-degree internal fix joiners, adjustable vertical joiners, adjustable horizontal joiners, 90-to-180-degree horizontal joiners, wall brackets, and end caps, all stocked in all three finishes. Posts for the system are supplied under the Marano and Fortitude product families: Marano square base-fix end, mid, and corner posts (1,100mm) and square side-fix end and mid posts (1,395mm) are available in both finishes, as are Fortitude 50mm bolt-down posts (1,155mm) and concrete-in posts (1,562mm) in Black. Fortitude and Marano side-fix internal corner, mid, and outside corner posts in Black Sand complete the post range.
