Sleeve Fit System

The Sleeve Fit System is F.H.Brundle's no-drill, no-weld, stainless steel handrail solution for curved, sloped, raked, and stair applications where conventional fixed-hole posts are impractical. All fittings slide onto 42.4mm or 48.3mm Grade 316 stainless tube and are secured by grub screws at the required height, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes and allowing precise on-site adjustment. The system combines glass clamps, base-fix and side-fix posts, adjustable handrail brackets, baluster brackets, railing saddles, and fascia brackets into a fully integrated "no-drill" solution. Posts are plain base-plated Grade 316 tube, in two heights: 1,100mm (42.4mm and 48.3mm) and 978mm/972mm short variants. Glass clamp brackets are available as end, mid, and corner types for 10mm glass in both 42.4mm and 48.3mm tube sizes. Adjustable handrail support brackets and adjustable angle brackets in 316 stainless suit both tube diameters. Tube is supplied in 1,500mm lengths in 42.4mm and 48.3mm Grade 316.
