Whilst all F.H.Brundle solutions are ready-to-install and pre-welded, there are a number of ways that you can achieve adjustment in panel width. The first option is to purchase an additional end-post for the system you are using and then cut the horizontal bars on the panel you want to reduce in width, using the additional end-post to fit onto the exposed bars; this will then need to be bolted to the next panel’s end-post to prevent the bars from dislodging (ideally these would be welded back into place – but this is not essential). Alternatively, we provide all of the necessary components for the traditional 5-bar system so that panels can be fabricated to spec – but this would require welding and then galvanising/powder-coating depending on the system.
