Magnus is the first fully integrated, motorised hinge that can be seamlessly incorporated into existing production processes and gate lines thanks to simple profile preparation. The smart hole pattern allows for modular gate preparation compatible with either a hydraulic gate closer/hinge combination like the Mammoth180 or -HD, or Magnus.

In the standard (low-energy) Magnus setup, no additional safety sensors are required. This makes Magnus not only easy to install and safe to use, but also a cost-efficient solution.

Moreover, this all-in-one solution is fully compatible with access control and lighting systems. Magnus can communicate with and power three input and three output ports.

Locinox Magnus is equipped with a push-and-go function and smart obstacle detection. If you gently push the gate open, the motorized hinge automatically takes over. If someone is in the passageway or actively pushes in the opposite direction while the gate is moving, the system detects it immediately. The gate stops and returns, and only moves further once the passage is completely free and safe.
