Low-cost, Quality Composite Boards
Rinato composite boards offer a cost-effective alternative to timber fencing, decking and cladding. Our Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) is FSC® certified and engineered from 100% recyclable materials; 60% recycled wood and 40% recycled polypropylene, making them a much ‘greener’ option than other composite boards.
All Rinato boards feature a 360 degree wrap-around, second generation polymer Capstock shield, that encapsulates the composite board and gives it year-round protection against the elements and harmful UV rays, reducing its possibility of colour fade and making it suitable for the unpredictable British weather. This high-grade PVC cap or skin, also gives a high level of protection against staining, scratching, rot and an increased resistance to mould growth.

Rinato composite infill boards for fences and gates come in standard lengths of 1783mm for use both horizontally or vertically. Boards are available in four natural, earth-tone colourways; Birch, Chestnut, Ebony and Twilight Grey.
Also available as a complete fencing system including integrated posts.
Rinato composite decking incorporates the second generation Capstock technology into a double-sided, dual-colour, quality deck board. Engineered to last, the hollow-core boards provide a cost-effective and durable alternative to timber decking, featuring a plethora of value-added benefits.
We use advanced co-extrusion technology to create our Rinato Prestige composite cladding. Providing the same advantages as our infill and deck boards, these solid boards are available in three natural colourways. This system includes matching inline joint trims and angle trims for full, seamless coverage.

Additional information
Second-generation Capstock composite boards offer a significant leap forward in terms of aesthetics, durability, and maintenance compared to their first-generation counterparts:
Enhanced Aesthetics:
More Realistic Wood Look: Second-generation boards often feature advanced manufacturing techniques, including varied colours and grain patterns, that more closely mimic the look of natural wood.
Better Color Retention: They are engineered with improved UV inhibitors, leading to significantly better fade resistance over time. The colour you choose is more likely to last for many years.
Superior Durability:
Capped or Shielded Technology: A key feature of many second-generation boards is a protective outer layer (cap or shield). This layer provides enhanced resistance to:
Staining: Spills are less likely to penetrate and leave permanent marks.
Scratching and Denting: The hard outer layer offers better protection against everyday wear and tear.
Moisture Damage: The cap significantly reduces water absorption, preventing rot, mold, and mildew growth.
Insect Infestation: The plastic components are impervious to wood-boring insects.
Greater Structural Integrity: Some second-generation boards feature improved core designs for increased strength and resistance to warping or bending.
Reduced Maintenance:
Ultra-Low Maintenance: The capped layer makes these boards virtually maintenance-free compared to wood. You won’t need to sand, stain, or seal them.
Easy Cleaning: Most spills and dirt can be easily cleaned with soap and water or a mild household cleaner.
Resistance to Mold and Mildew: The reduced water absorption inhibits the growth of mold and mildew, minimising the need for specialised cleaning.
Other Advantages:
Eco-Friendly: Made with recycled plastic and wood fibers, making them a sustainable choice.
Increased Safety: They are splinter-free and can have enhanced slip resistance, making them safer for families with children and pets.
Potentially Higher Property Value: A long-lasting, attractive, and low-maintenance deck can be a significant selling point for a home.
