Of course, if you prefer the traditional way, we’re still here Monday to Friday by phone, email, or at the trade counter. Shopping with us has never been this flexible.

• Our Shared Basket feature allows you to build a basket or a project and access it at a later date. This is useful if you want to prepare a quote for a customer and come back to it later and amend or purchase.

• Shared Baskets also enable you to share the basket with colleagues, perhaps your buying department.

• Your basket will be created with a unique ID code and URL making it easy for you to share and return.

How do I create my Shared Basket?

Step 1 – When you have selected your products and you go to checkout, you will see an option to Share & Save basket.

Step 2 – You will then be asked to name your basket, and you will be given a unique code. You can then share this code with colleagues or customers.

Step 3 – To retrieve your saved basket, just click on Checkout – Retrieve Basket and enter your unique code.

• When you request a quote from F.H.Brundle, you’ll now be supplied a copy via email, which will also include a direct payment link for your quote.

• Use this link to either checkout without having to call or email us back, or alter the quote via the website if you need to make changes.

• The Online Quote Checkout allows you to place your order, whether you have a cash or credit account, ultimately, saving you time.

Of course, you still have the choice if you want to do things the traditional way. We’re still available Monday to Friday on the phone, via email or at the trade counter.
