We stock a huge number of products, but we appreciate there may be some that we don’t. If you think there is something that we absolutely must stock, let us know – it won’t take long, we promise.
For every suggestion we end up adding to our range, we’ll give you £100 in credit!
Remember, just because it’s not in the catalogue, it doesn’t mean we don’t supply it. We offer 1000s of non standard lines. For everything else, just give your local branch a call, and we’ll get you what you need.

Terms & Conditions
- Suggestions must be submitted via the designated suggestion form or channel.
- Only new product suggestions not currently stocked by us will be eligible.
- All product suggestions are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to add any suggested product to our range.
- A qualifying suggestion is defined as a product that is subsequently added to our range as a direct result of the customer’s submission.
- Where multiple customers suggest the same product, the £100 credit will be awarded to the first valid submission received.
- The £100 credit will be issued as account credit and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- A valid and active customer account is required to award any qualifying credit.
- Credit will be applied within a reasonable timeframe after the product has been officially added to our range.
- There is a limit of one £100 credit per qualifying product added, regardless of the number of suggestions made.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
