This heavy duty concealed 3D hinge with ball bearings suitable for many different profiles. Especially designed to be installed on squared, tubular profiles. Installation performed with rivet nuts. Suitable to be installed on small-medium gates or entrances.

The installation process is made easy thanks to the position and installation of these hinges: they can be directly installed frontally in the frame and then apply the door from opened position. With the opened door is also allowed an easy maintenance and eventual substitution, still avoiding possible vandalic actions. Also, the regulation is very intuitive since the user can change one regulation per time by simply unfastening the screws, moving the door in the desired direction, and then fastening again the screws.

Depending on the model, the installation is performed thanks to M8 screws, counter plates and eventually rivet nuts.
