Outdure QwickBuild Porcelain Tiles
For use with Outdure QwickBuild framing
Experience the timeless elegance of our Station range, crafted to have the sophisticated appearance of slate, crafted from quality porcelain. Available in four colours – Black, Iron, Pearl, White – these premium quality outdure qwickBuild porcelain tiles have a very lightly riven surface.
When designing a space that flows from tiles to artificial grass, the details matter for both aesthetics and safety. To ensure a flush, level finish, we exclusively recommend pairing our tile systems with Pragma—our 40mm premium pile artificial grass.
Using a pile depth of at least 40mm is essential to mask the transition point. Profiles shorter than 38mm can leave the sharp edge of the tile exposed, creating a potential trip hazard or a risk of injury to bare feet. With Pragma, you achieve a soft, continuous surface that is as safe as it is beautiful.

A712 Tile Trim Bracket
Tile trim supports have been designed to assist in the installation of the subframe where a trim is required on a tiled installation. The bracket acts as a support for a tile to sit on and act as a fascia board to complete installation when using trim joist. Supplied in pack of 10.
Fixing porcelain tiles to QwickBuild
When fixing tiles to Outdure QwickBuild framing, it is essential that a structural tile is used. Non-structural tiles are not designed to used across joist spans.
Tiles are laid using the channeled side of the joist (not the flat side), as indicated in the following diagram. Use of the A701 rubber beading, secured into the channel, which provides the surface on which to lay the tile. The tile does not need any other fixing, it is fixed by its own weight.
Each tile should be laid over joists with a maximum span of 600mm (600mm joist centres) – when using the 600 x 900mm tile, do not lay
with 900mm joist centres – use 450mm joist centres if you wish to lay perpendicular.
Space the tiles using the A710 and A711 spacers (providing 5mm gaps between each tile).
Ensure each outer/perimeter tile is fastened using the A702 and A703 retainer brackets. Use x2 A703 clips per perimeter tile edge on a framed system and additionally x2 A702 clips per joist end on a non-framed system.
