This ornamental Simpson Strong-Tie Pergola Post Base is a type of concealed post base designed for pergola constructions.

The Simpson Strong-Tie post base should be used in pairs for square timber post sections ranging from 70 to 150 mm. For higher square timber post sections (250×250 maximum), the use of four post bases per post is advocated.
