Balcony Boards
Our aluminium balcony decking system is fire rated to the latest A2-fl-s1 & A2-s1,d0 fire safety standards. A highly competitive system available in a choice of 18 or 25mm boards. Featuring the best non-slip surface in the marketplace to date, they are designed with ease of installation in mind. With a lifespan of over 60 years, these boards are virtually maintenance free and will look good for years to come.
Manufactured from structural-grade 6063 T6 aluminium and finished with a 100-micron Qualicoat™ powder coating, boards are independently tested to EN 13823, EN 13501-1, and EN ISO 1716 for fire safety, and to BS 7976-2 and DIN 51130 for slip resistance (65 PTV dry / 50 PTV wet, R12 category). Concealed fixings and self-spacing drain channels can cut installation time by up to 50%, while integrated inter-board drainage and gutters direct rainwater away from lower balconies. Boards carry a 10-year coating warranty and are made from 100% recyclable aluminium.
