Tube Clamps
F.H.Brundle supplies a comprehensive range of galvanised steel tube clamps and key clamp fittings for creating handrails, safety barriers and tubular framework. Designed as a fast, no-weld alternative to traditional fabrication, our tube clamp fittings are manufactured from malleable cast iron to EN 1562 and feature a hot-dip galvanised finish to BS EN ISO 1461 for durability and corrosion resistance. Suitable for use with compatible EN 10255 and BS 1387 galvanised steel tube, the fittings are secured using grub screws and an Allen key or ratchet, allowing strong, versatile structures to be assembled without welding, bending or threading.
Tube clamp fittings are widely used to build galvanised steel handrails for stairs, ramps and walkways, including Part M and DDA-compliant handrail systems when used with 42.4mm OD tube. They are also ideal for pedestrian safety barriers, industrial guardrails, mezzanine protection, scaffolding, storage racks, sports enclosures and temporary structures. The modular Key Clamp-style system allows tubular frameworks to be easily extended, dismantled or reconfigured to suit changing requirements, making our tube clamps a practical solution for both permanent and temporary installations.
